Jennifer Stretch:Jennifer, is the co-founder of Fit Personal Training and a graduate of York University with a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. Jennifer also possesses a Bachelor of Education Degree, specializing in Physical Education from the University of Toronto. In addition, Jennifer is certified as a Personal Trainer Specialist and Pre & Post Natal Specialist with Can-Fit-Pro. Jennifer has been training clients for more than13 years.
Jennifer's education is complimented by prior experience as a Competitive, National Level Athlete. While training as an athlete with the Canadian Springboard and Platform Diving Team and as a coach with the Etobicoke Diving Club, Jennifer discovered her interest and talent for developing individual fitness programs. This experience provided valuable lessons in effectively implementing daily resistance training programs, thereby, allowing her athletes to gain strength resulting in dramatically improved performances.
Jennifer is also one of Toronto's top stuntwomen. She has been fortunate to work in the motion picture industry in Toronto since 1997. Jennifer's specialties in acrobatics, aerial wire work and high falls have allowed her to perform in numerous commercials, TV series and feature films. Jennifer has been privileged to perform with many of HollywoodÕs biggest stars. Her success as a performer has also allowed her to expand Fit Personal Training - the creation of Entertainment Personal Training Services was borne out of requests to train visiting celebrities on-set or in their hotels. Being a mother and working professional, Jennifer readily understands the daily challenges we face as busy adults and parents. Her life revolves around family and fitness. Making time for family, clients, triathlons, ultimate Frisbee and, of course, weight training are just a few of the things that keep her busy.
Jen has a true passion for fitness. She creates a warm, friendly and fun atmosphere during all of her personal training sessions. Jen keeps on top of cutting-edge fitness techniques by attending regular seminars and workshops and enjoys teaching clients about the many benefits of exercise and physical activity. Jen's focus with clients is to teach them how to achieve their individual goals by creating a healthy lifestyle that fits into their unique daily routine. Each client is evaluated on an individual basis and programs are custom-designed according to client's personal needs. Jen never fails to motivate, challenge, and inspire her clients to reach their health and fitness goals.

Sara Reuber- Co-founder:Sara holds a Bachelor of Science (Life Science) as well as a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen's University. She earned her certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) in 2003 and graduated from the four-year, post-graduate program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College here in Toronto in 2005.
Sara's background as a Chiropractor makes her the ideal trainer to work with those who have recently been injured. She is able to integrate stretches and exercises, which aim to restore and enhance the body's neuromusculoskeletal system and facilitate recovery from injury, while achieving one's individual goals, whether it be losing weight, toning up or optimizing performance.
Sara's participation in competitive sport has contributed greatly to her focus as a Personal Trainer. She represented Canada as a member of the Junior National Diving Team and was also a member of both the Varsity Track and Field and Synchro Swimming teams. As a trainer, Sara enjoys motivating non-athletes and competitive athletes alike.
Sara has worked as a Personal Trainer at both the Dunfield Club and the Yorkville Club but has had great success training many clients in the privacy and comfort of their own home. She is friendly and compassionate, and particularly enjoys working with new moms, who want to lose the baby weight and tone-up. Sara has a great passion for fitness and believes that everyone can benefit from a healthier, more active lifestyle!
Casey Ingleton:Casey is a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and has more than six years experience as a Personal Trainer. Casey has been involved in athletics and fitness from a very young age thanks in part to her father, who is a hockey coach and trainer. For the past five years, Casey herself has trained hockey players and teams of all levels, from Single A to semi-pro.
Casey's athletic and training interests expand well beyond hockey. Casey has attended numerous professional seminars in areas including knee injury, rehabilitation, postural assessment, core stabilization, sport specific training, weight loss, and overall health/fitness, in order to expand her training repertoire.
Casey offers sport-specific training for individuals and teams. In addition, Casey is happy to come to your home and provide training to improve fitness, lose weight or increase strength. Casey also enjoys working with pre and post natal women, brides-to-be and seniors.
Nicole Burling:HBscKin, Certified Kinesiologist (CK), Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT), Certified Yoga Instructor (CYES)
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University in 2008. She is a Certified Kinesiologist, Certified Personal Trainer (through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology), and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Nicole has also been involved in the research sciences through her work in the Exercise and Bone Health Laboratory at the University of Toronto and in the Biomechanics and Gait Laboratory at York University. An all-round athlete, Nicole is an avid soccer player, who has earned two Ontario Championships and one National Silver medal at the inter-university sport level.
Nicole has worked in a variety of training facilities, including commercial fitness centres, high-performance athlete strength and conditioning rooms, yoga studios and physiotherapy clinics. In her training, Nicole utilizes a wide variety of techniques based on fitness level and personal goals, including:
- Circuit training, maximum strength, core stability, agility, balance and coordination, yoga-based toning and flexibility exercises, PNF stretching.
- Sport-specific training, Olympic lifting, cross-fit training.
- Injury- or pain-related rehabilitative exercises, postural/ergonomic education and training.
- Weight-loss, cardiovascular endurance, overall health and well-being.
